Our downtown check-in service is currently available for all Wizz Air flights departing from Budapest, with the exception of Baku (GYD) and Tel Aviv (TLV). We'll be adding more airlines soon.
Once you've completed your airline's online check-in and have your boarding pass and seat assigned, you're ready to drop off your bags. The latest drop-off time is 4 hours before departure. *Example:* your flight departs at 8 PM but you need to check out of your accommodation in the morning — bring your bags to us and check them in by 4 PM at the latest. Spend the rest of the day bag-free, and at the airport, go straight to security. Your bags will already be on the plane.
Yes, guaranteed. The 4-hour cut-off combined with our dedicated courier service ensures your bags reach the aircraft on time. We are fully authorised by Hungarian and airport authorities. Enjoy your time before the flight — your bags are taken care of and will be on the plane.

Each bag is sealed with a unique security tag, applied together with you. Luggage wrapping is also available at a much lower price than at the airport. All bags go through standard security screening, so the usual checked-baggage rules apply.
